Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a dispute or concern related to your purchase or any aspect of our business relationship, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 2: Formal Written Notice

  • If your dispute is not resolved through Customer Service, please send a formal written notice outlining the details of the dispute to hello@palestineshop.co.uk.  Your notice should include the following:
    • Your name and contact information.
    • A clear description of the dispute or concern.
    • Any relevant order or transaction numbers.
    • Any supporting documentation or evidence.

Step 3: Mediation and Resolution

  • Upon receiving your formal written notice, we will make every effort to resolve the dispute promptly and in good faith.
  • If we are unable to reach a resolution through direct negotiation, both parties agree to participate in mediation with a neutral third party to facilitate the resolution process.
  • The cost of mediation will be shared equally between the parties involved, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Step 4: Legal Action

  • If mediation does not result in a resolution, and legal action is deemed necessary, both parties agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Governing Law: This Dispute Resolution Notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
